Spanish Civil War Republican infantry 54mm-1/32

Happy New Year,
As mentioned in the previous entry,  the 54mm fever stroke hard. Below, you can find some pictures of some 54mm Spanish republican infantrymen in various stages of completion.
I used the WW2 1/32 Airfix figures reissued a few years ago, DAK (very useful set), Commandos and British infantry. I hope that I caught the overall look of the Republican army (EPR) during the Spanish Civil War

Back to the brushes ! 

Painting and playing during the last year and half have not been done quite so often as I wish.
In another try to amend this situation, I will post, regularly, I hope, what have been done and what's on the "workshop" table at the moment. 
I must confess that my miniature, wargame crazyness have reached new peaks with a sudden interest in 54mm (I'm getting old maybe...)

Tirailleurs Algériens (AIP Zouaves)

Prussian infantry with a lone french line infantryman (AIP  WW1 german, russian  infantry set and AIP French foreign Legion Set with a scratchbuild head, a tad big I know...)

Unfinished Gardes Nationaux/Gardes Mobiles from 

(AIP Egyptian infantry, definitively a versatile and useful set for modeling infantry from 1860 and beyond... ).
